Returns

At Cyclezshop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable)
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened hygiene or personal care products

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

We will provide return instructions and the return address if applicable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Cyclezshop will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if possible)

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return process will apply.
