Order Cancellation Policy

At Cyclezshop, we understand that plans can change. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how customers can cancel an order.


1. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

If your order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you no longer want the item, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.


3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.


4. Cancellation by Cyclezshop

We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Payment verification issues

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.


5. Changes to Orders

If you need to change your delivery address, contact information, or order details, please contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee changes once order processing has begun.
